Position: Accounts Payable Accountant

Location: Riyadh– Head Office

Type: Full-time

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join us in our commitment to excellence.

Job Description:

1. Release all non-trading Purchase Orders with reference to the approved authority matrix;

2. Review, verify and post all non-trading vendor invoices with reference to the released purchase order and goods received;

3.Clear non-trading GR/IR clearing account and reconcile the account against the parked invoices.

4. Reconcile non-trading vendor accounts on a monthly basis , and acquire balance confirmation on a quarterly basis;

5. Clear non-trading vendor accounts on a monthly basis (invoices vs payments and invoices vs credit notes);

6. Maintain non-trading vendor files and ensure an easy accessibility to invoices, payments and the other related documents; and

7. Maintain good relationship with non-trading vendors and ensure that the effective and timley communication with them.

8. Perform monitoring and ensure the accurate allocation of costs to each activity to ensure timely and accurate accounting of payables.

Qualifications:

1-Bachelor in Accounting

2-3 years of relevant experience

3.Good knowledge of accounting principles

4.Good skills in MS Excel

5.Experience in ERP SAP Systems

6.Fluent in Arabic and Good in English

7.Good communication and follow-up skills
