Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Catalog Editor to manage and maintain our product catalog in coordination with all category managers. This role will be responsible for ensuring our catalog reflects the most up-to-date product information, including new launches, discontinued items, pricing updates, and categorization accuracy. The Catalog Editor will play a key role in supporting seamless product lifecycle management and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilites:
- Coordinate regularly with category managers to gather updates on product changes, including new launches, discontinuations, and assortment revisions.

Ensure the catalog is updated accurately and in a timely manner across all platforms (online and/or offline).

Review and validate all product data including titles, descriptions, specifications, and imagery to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

Monitor catalog performance and identify content gaps or inconsistencies to be addressed.

Collaborate with the content, e-commerce, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and launches.

Maintain version control and proper documentation of catalog updates.

Support internal teams with any catalog-related queries or data requests.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and a high standard of product presentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in catalog management, content editing, or merchandising (preferably in retail or e-commerce).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Familiarity with product lifecycle management and content management systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
