Job Summary:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you drive the company’s performance marketing efforts by managing paid media campaigns and optimizing digital marketing channels. Your role includes planning, executing, and analyzing advertising initiatives across search engines, social media, display, and affiliate networks. You ensure high return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition, and revenue growth by applying data-driven strategies. This position is ideal for a seasoned digital marketer with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Digital Advertising and Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to boost performance.

Oversee programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies to enhance engagement.
Performance Analysis and Data Optimization:

Monitor and analyze digital campaign results using analytics and tracking tools.

Define KPIs and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and performance.

Collaborate with web analytics and e-commerce teams to improve attribution modeling.
Budget and ROI Management:

Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation and high ROI.

Continuously refine bidding strategies, targeting, and creative assets to optimize ad spend.

Align digital marketing objectives with broader business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with content, creative, and social media teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

Coordinate with product and commercial teams to align marketing strategies with business promotions.

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Innovation and Market Awareness:

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

Proven ability to manage large advertising budgets with strong ROI.

Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.

Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution modeling, and CRO.

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or related platforms are preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
