Position: Layout Execution Officer

Location: Kuwait – Head Office

Job Description: 

Layout Implementation

• Execute layout plans and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistent and aesthetically pleasing store layouts.
• Coordinate with store managers, visual merchandisers, and operations teams to schedule and prioritize layout execution activities.

Fixture Installation and Maintenance

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of fixtures, displays, and signage according to layout specifications and brand standards.
• Monitor fixture inventory levels, coordinate replenishment orders, and ensure proper storage  and organization of fixtures and display materials.

Space Optimization

• Analyze store layout data, traffic patterns, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for layout optimization and space utilization.
• Collaborate with the layout design team to propose layout modifications and enhancements to improve customer flow and product visibility.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular inspections of store layouts, fixtures, and displays to ensure they meet quality standards and are well-maintained.
• Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and implement corrective actions to resolve layout-related issues.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including store operations, visual merchandising,marketing, and store design, to coordinate layout execution activities and ensure alignmentwith business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on layout execution progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during layout installation and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement measure

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, layout management, or store planning.
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends, customer behavior, and store layout principles.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
• meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with layout design software/tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-
• functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and attention to detail in layout execution
• activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
